STORY

Bluey Creek began as a small family project and a quiet fascination with bees - a desire to work closely with nature and to make something slowly and carefully.

Set in the foothills of the Gold Coast hinterland, we tend our hives ourselves using traditional, small-scale beekeeping practices. We allow our bees the space to build their own honeycomb and follow their natural rhythms, working in step with the seasons.

Each batch of Bluey Creek honey is taken from a single hive and never blended. It is kept raw and unfiltered, never heated, and handled as simply as possible.

In 2025, our honey was recognised at the Gold Coast Show - a meaningful acknowledgement of the care behind our work.

Bluey Creek is shaped by our family, our place, and the quiet craft of beekeeping. We believe great honey is not rushed or altered, but guided - with care and deep respect for the bees.
